Shipping Deets

We ship with USPS or UPS—whichever makes the most sense for your order’s size and weight (we don’t play favorites).
Please give us 1–4 business days to get your goodies packed up and on their way.

Once shipped, expect your order to arrive in about 5–7 business days. Hang tight—we promise it’s worth the wait.

For now, we’re keeping it stateside—Roadrunner Goods ships anywhere in the U.S., but not internationally just yet. We’re dreaming big, though, so world domination (or at least global shipping) may be coming soon!

Heads up:
We’re not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they leave our hands (sadly, we don’t control the postal gods). If something goes sideways, you’ll need to reach out to your local mail carrier to file a claim.
Returned items without tracking or delivery proof? We can’t be held responsible for those either.

We take weekends and a few holidays off to recharge—so keep that in mind when placing your order. Weekend orders will ship out after we’ve had our Sunday coffee.
