We’re stoked you’re here. Throughout this document, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Roadrunner Goods—your go-to for curated goods that blend desert soul with mountain grit. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) explain your rights, responsibilities, and the rules of the road when shopping with us—whether you're browsing online, ordering that perfect new fit, or just checking out our vibe.

By using our website, services, and online store (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you’re not down with the legal stuff, you’ll need to skip the Services for now.

1. ACCESS & ACCOUNTS

To shop with us, you need to be at least the age of majority in your area. If you’re letting any young adventurers shop through your device or account, you’re responsible for that too.

You’ll probably need to hand over some info like your email, shipping details, and payment method. We expect you to keep that info updated and accurate—and keep your login details safe. You’re responsible for what happens under your account.

2. OUR PRODUCTS

We do our best to showcase our goods as they are, but let’s be real—colors might look a little different on your screen vs. in real life. Lighting, screens, and tech settings all play a role.

We reserve the right to switch things up: change product descriptions, pricing, or availability, and discontinue anything at any time without notice. Some styles are limited, and we may restrict quantities or shipping regions if needed.

3. PLACING ORDERS

Once you hit that checkout button, you’re making an offer to buy from us. We’ll let you know when your order is officially accepted. Orders aren't final until we process your payment and send confirmation.

If we need to cancel or tweak an order, we’ll try to reach you via the contact info you provided. Returns and exchanges follow our Refund Policy. Just a heads-up: we don’t allow orders for resale or commercial use—this is for the everyday adventurer.

4. PRICING & PAYMENT

Prices are what you see at checkout—unless we’ve got a promo or a flash deal going on. Shipping, taxes, and fees are calculated separately unless otherwise noted.

Prices may vary between our website and our brick-and-mortar shop in Logan, UT. If we’re running a special promo, the promo terms apply over anything listed here.

You agree to give us accurate payment info and keep it updated so your order goes smoothly. By submitting your payment, you’re saying:

  • You’re allowed to use that card.

  • You’ve got the funds.

  • You agree to the total price listed (including taxes/shipping).

5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We’ll get your gear on its way as fast as we can, but we can’t guarantee exact delivery dates. Shipping timelines are estimates, and once a package leaves our hands, it’s in the carrier’s control. Risk of loss passes to you once it ships.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content—photos, designs, logos, videos, product names—is property of Roadrunner Goods (or our partners) and protected by law. You can browse and shop for personal use only. No copying, republishing, or reselling any of our content without our written okay.

Our logo, name, product descriptions, and vibe are all part of what makes us… us. Please don’t use them without permission.

7. OPTIONAL TOOLS

We might link you to third-party tools to enhance your experience (like customer reviews or payment processors). We don’t control those tools and they’re used at your own risk. Be sure to read their terms before using them.

8. THIRD-PARTY LINKS

Sometimes we’ll share links or content from third-party websites. We don’t control or endorse those sites and aren’t responsible for anything that happens once you leave our site. Shop smart and read their policies if you engage with their services.

9. POWERED BY SHOPIFY

Heads up: our store runs on Shopify. They're the tech behind the scenes, but when you buy from Roadrunner Goods, you're doing business directly with us—not Shopify. Shopify isn’t responsible for any issues with your order or your experience with our shop.

10. PRIVACY STUFF

We care about your privacy. Check out our Privacy Policy for how we handle your personal info. Because we use Shopify, some of your info goes through their system too. By using our site, you agree to how both Roadrunner Goods and Shopify use your data.

11. FEEDBACK & REVIEWS

We love hearing from you! If you send us ideas, reviews, or suggestions, we might use them (thank you!). By submitting content, you give us permission to use, share, or promote it however we see fit—no compensation required. Keep it kind, legal, and respectful, please.

12. OOPS—MISTAKES HAPPEN

Sometimes a typo sneaks in. We reserve the right to fix any pricing errors, product descriptions, or stock issues without prior notice—even if you’ve already placed an order.

13. DON’T BE SHADY

You're agreeing not to use our site for anything shady, illegal, harmful, or misleading. This includes but isn’t limited to: hacking, spamming, impersonating others, or using bots. We can suspend or ban accounts that break these rules—no questions asked.

14. TERMINATION

We can end or suspend access to the Services at any time, for any reason, without warning. If that happens, you’re still responsible for any charges up to that point.

15. NO GUARANTEES

We’ll always do our best, but we don’t promise perfection. Our Services and products are provided “as is” and “as available.” That means we can’t guarantee they’ll always be glitch-free or meet every expectation.

16. LIMIT OF LIABILITY

To the extent allowed by law, we’re not liable for damages resulting from your use of the Services. That includes indirect stuff like lost profits, missed opportunities, or data issues. Basically, use the Services at your own risk.

17. INDEMNITY

If you do something that gets us into legal hot water (like violating these Terms or someone’s rights), you agree to cover our legal costs and defend us if needed.

You can’t transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms to someone else. We can transfer ours if needed.

21. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of Utah (that’s where we’re based, y’all). Any disputes will be handled in a Utah court.

22. HEADINGS

Headings are for ease—don’t read too much into them legally.

23. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms now and then. You’ll always find the latest version here. If we make big changes, we’ll give you a heads-up. Using the Services after an update means you’re agreeing to the new terms.
